Since 1990 HCB Specialty Tools has been supplying a wide variety of tools for engine, transmission and chassis repairs. With over 40 current patents and over 500 lines, their range covers specialty jobs for most European cars including Mercedes, VW and BMW.

With a new factory finished in March 2012, and a lab for research purposes on the campus of Taiwan University HCB is always in step with the market.
